Food for Thought: Choose cherries instead of pomegranates. An ounce of tart cherries has half the sugar and almost a third fewer calories. Plus, the sour-sweet fruit is rich in sleep-promoting melatonin. One study found two daily cups of tart cherry juice earned people up to 85 more minutes of sleep per night!

Quote of the Day:

“Do whatever excites you, be it yoga Cross-Fit, strength training, 5-Ks, triathlons, or around-the-block walks with the mutt. If you get tired of one exercise, switch to another. Just don’t stop–ever. You only have to exercise on the days that you eat.” -Joseph Alpert

Remember when we made this cake for Matt’s birthday?  Well, here is the frosting recipe we used!!
